PTFE/PFA/FEP/PVDF/PP/HDPE Lined 45°/ 90°Lined Elbows ranges from 25NB to 350NB.

Lined Elbows are supplied with both side-fixed flanges as standard. The variation in the design allows for flexibility in installation and ensures compatibility with a variety of piping systems. These lined elbows are ideal for handling corrosive materials, providing a durable solution that minimizes wear and extends the lifespan of the piping infrastructure.

Our standard elbows are manufactured to ASME B16.5 class 150# dimensions. We supply lined elbows according to the ASTM F-1545 standards with a variety of shell and lining materials. We can also offer elbows to DIN, JIS, BS, etc., dimensions and with Ductile Iron/Fabricated with Seamless Tube / Stainless Steel body for various process environments.

Along with 45° and 90° Elbows, D V Polymers can provide special angle elbows in various sizes with approved technical drawings provided by the process owners (vendors). These are custom fabrications for non-standard applications that may occur in piping design. As per your specific process requirements, the PTFE (antistatic) and Jacketed Lined Elbows can be manufactured at our facility.
